Gail Deschamps cont.

 

As an actress, Gail has performed with The Coconut Grove Playhouse, Miami, Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre, New Orleans, Theatre Under the Stars, San Diego and Vancouver, BC, The Airie Crown, Chicago and St. Louis Muny Opera among others.

Gail holds a BA in Theatre with an English Minor from the University of Miami.  She studied writing under Nobel Laureate, Isaac Bashevis Singer, received an Individual Artist Grant from the Georgia Arts Council and is a former Georgia Artist in Education. A recognized director, playwright and lyricist, Gail recently directed Tennessee Williams’ The Glass Menagerie and A Streetcar Named Desire for Rome Little Theatre.

Gail, her husband Robert and their dogs (Teddybear and Morgan) live Between the Rivers in downtown Rome, Georgia.
